So this just went on the market. It's a 3000 square foot one-story home including a basement.
Is the basement finished?
Partially. The previous owners started building a family room and guest room downstairs before the father was transferred out of state.
So when was the house built?
It's only five years old so all the plumbing and electrical are quite new. Solar panels have also been installed within the past couple years.
That's great! It's really important to me to have an energy efficient home.
Well this home is very green, the walls are made from recycled materials.
Oh that's great. I can't say that I love the kitchen. These cupboards are a little cheap for my taste, but I can always have the kitchen remodeled while I'm renovating the rest of the basement.
Of course. It's always fun to make it your own.
How many bedrooms and baths?
There are three bedrooms on the main floor, not including the unfinished one in the basement and there are two full baths and one half bath off the living room. One of the full baths is an ensuite off the master bedroom, and it has a steam shower!
